WeMod is easily the best program for gaming I have ever used. At first, I was sure this was just going to be another scam. As soon as I tested it out, it worked like a charm. It is a lifesaver and completely free! I recommend checking it out.

tModLoader (tML) is a free modding tool that is developed by the tML team and released by them as a standalone program, and can also be obtained on Steam as Terraria DLC. It can be used to download mods from their database, called the Mod Browser, receive updates to mods if there are any, or upload one's own mods to the Mod Browser. The official wiki, with information about creating mods and using tModLoader, can be found on GitHub.
The Softimage Mod Tool (formerly XSI Mod Tool) was a completely free version of the professional Autodesk Softimage modeling package. It had most of the features of the professional versions (certainly everything you'll need for modding) and allows you to export your work to Source without restriction. With the release of Softimage 2014, it was discontinued.
Cyberpunk 2077 now has an official modding tool. CD Projekt RED has launched REDmod, which provides players integrated support to easily install and load mods onto the PC version of the action RPG. As the developer's official announcement notes, it will also allow players to modify and personalize their game by using the custom sounds, animations and scripts that come with the tool. CD Projekt Red promises to update the tool alongside future patches to ensure that it remains compatible with the game. It is a free DLC, though, and players don't have to install it at all if they don't want to.
Enter NVIDIA RTX Remix, a free modding platform built on NVIDIA Omniverse that enables modders to quickly create and share #RTXON mods for classic games, each with enhanced materials, full ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS 3, and NVIDIA Reflex.
RTX Remix goes beyond our work for prior remasters like Quake II RTX, introducing new technologies that further enhance ray tracing. One of the most impactful new features, NVIDIA RTX Direct Illumination (RTXDI), enables you to add millions of dynamic lights to your game environments without worrying about performance or resource constraints. Imagine thousands of tiny LEDs, sci-fi control panels, Times Square billboards, or even exploding fireballs. RTXDI makes this possible while rendering in real time, enabling geometry of any shape to emit light, cast appropriate shadows, and move freely and dynamically.
NVIDIA Real Time Denoisers (NRD) is a spatio-temporal ray tracing denoising library that assists in denoising low ray-per-pixel signals with real-time performance. Compared to previous-gen denoisers, NRD improves quality and ensures the computationally intensive ray-traced output is noise-free, without performance tradeoffs.
Vehicular disaster simulator SnowRunner has launched its first chunk of seasonal content today. You'll want to bring those snow chains because there's a decent bit to plow through. Season Pass holders will be headed to an icy lake in Russia while all other players will have some new map-modding tools and missions to play with. There's more yet to come later in the summer, say Focus Home Interactive, which they've broken down in a new season one trailer.
There's even more upcoming bits mentioned in the new trailer above, including more missions, a metal detector, a collectible system, and even more modding tools. Whew, that was a lot of cargo to unpack.
I can tell within just a few seconds of watching this video that these modding tools are not for me. I'm not a modder in the first place. There are entirely too many Windows-looking windows and actual programmer gobbledygook going on for me to have any chance of comprehending this stuff. And Warhorse Studios has put a wiki full of tutorials right on Nexus Mods to help folks out.
Additional to the Patch 1.9.3. preparing the game for Mods, Warhorse also released a variety of Modding tools for players in cooperation with Nexus Mods. The modding tools for Kingdom Come: Deliverance are are available for free on PC.
Players who are interested in Modding will find a central hub on _Come_Deliverance. Alongside explanatory WIKI entries Warhorse will give support on the basics of Kingdom Come: Deliverance modding and plans to establish this page as a social hub and SharePoint.
Enter the power of mods. Announced today by The Outsiders and Funcom, Metal: Hellsinger's free modding tool enables users to insert their own music into the game, and make it react appropriately to the player's performance. Want to be a K-Pop Killer? A Disco Death Machine? An EDM MDK? All things, at least insofar as musical massacres go, are possible.
Autodesk Softimage Mod Tool software (formerly XSI Mod Tool) is a free* 3D modeling and animation package for creating non-commercial games and "modding" (modifying games). Autodesk Softimage Mod Tool 7.5 is based on the same professional toolset found in Autodesk Softimage 7.5 software, used by game developers to create 3D characters, levels, props, and animation.

In this accurately modelled world you are free to explore, manage the resort in real-time, and watch the outcome of your decisions.
The freedom to distribute copies of your modified versions to others (freedom 3). By doing this, you can give the whole community a chance to benefit from your changes. Access to the source code is a precondition for this.
In free software, forks often result from a schism over different goals or personality clashes. In a fork, both parties assume nearly identical code bases, but typically only the larger group, or whoever controls the Web site, will retain the full original name and the associated user community. Thus, there is a reputation penalty associated with forking.[9] The relationship between the different teams can be cordial or very bitter. On the other hand, a friendly fork or a soft fork is a fork that does not intend to compete, but wants to eventually merge with the original.
Distributed revision control (DVCS) tools have popularised a less emotive use of the term "fork", blurring the distinction with "branch".[14] With a DVCS such as Mercurial or Git, the normal way to contribute to a project, is to first create a personal branch of the repository, independent of the main repository, and later seek to have your changes integrated with it. Sites such as GitHub, Bitbucket and Launchpad provide free DVCS hosting expressly supporting independent branches, such that the technical, social and financial barriers to forking a source code repository are massively reduced, and GitHub uses "fork" as its term for this method of contribution to a project.
